This orbital riveter is utilized for high-speed riveting and has an exceptionally fast feed. The spindle feed runs at 1360 rpm or even 2800 rpm upon request. It can be used as a shaft riveting unit with either a centering collar or a standard unit with a rear fixation. As it is not restricted to a certain position, it can be used overhead. A pressure setting enables the adjustment of the stepless force. The standard version has a feed speed setting and end position damping. It is a maintenance-free device. The orbital riveter has a stroke limiting ring with stepless return stroke setting. The standard stroke is 40mm with 80mm and 100mm being optional. Used for two rivet processes, namely, radial or rotational orbital riveting, the units facilitate crimping and curling.
