INDEC vacuum test systems are turnkeytest systems for 100% inspectionwithin the production process. A sensorhead scans the closures of all the containerswhich pass through on the conveyorand measures the cap panel deflectionwhich is dependent on the vacuum inside.The quality of the vacuum within a container and theleak tightness of the closure can be assessedby comparing the measured data from thecontainer under test with the data froma golden sample measured previously.
The INDEC vacuum test device is thecentral element of the test systems andconsists of the processing unit and thecontrol panel.
The sensor head contains the measurementelectronics. The connection cableis 5 m long for flexible installation inaccordance with site-specific requirements.
