The KOFLOC Auto pressure Controller MODEL 9100 SERIES is based on a type of mass flow controller that controls pressure using a pressure sensor. Capable of controlling pressure at either inlet or outlet, this unit can be used alone or in conjunctions with other mass flow controllers. The MODEL 9100 SERIES utilizes the unidirectional normally closed valve with higher dependability and safety. This valve also reduces internal dead-space. It is equipped with the vapor deposition semiconductor distortion gauge type sensor for high accuracy at 1% F.S and improved control and response at all levels. It also offers a choice of response time of either 1 s or 6 s at F.S. The lineup includes a standard high temperature option especially suited for baking process and can withstand temperature of up to 80¡ÆC.
