The 10P gear-driven positioner is engineered to provide versatility and safety. Variable speed drives and motors are provided to maintain precise rotation speed and control during the welding process. 135° forward tilt is powered by a constant speed motor. A hand pendant control includes Start/Stop/Forward/Reverse, 10-turn speed potentiometer, and rapid traverse. An adjustable base provides five separate height settings for various size workpieces. Table slots are provided for easy fixturing and mounting of weldments.
