The Komet Germany FutureVac, an ergonomically-designed, cost-efficient tray sealer, is capable of functioning in a compressed air-less system as it is specifically designed with an optimized vacuum chamber that effectively provides low gas consumption, short gas flushing time and quick achievement of the necessary vacuum, thus a considerable amount of additional rapid cycles is possible. This machine may incorporate four options to optimally adapt the workflow requirements namely: vacuum then gas flushing/MAP, gas-only flow (possible for CO2 and N2), vacuum then flowing with gas (possible for CO2 and N2) and finally, tray sealing.
