Application For clipping clips of various fillers with the minimum temperature of + 3°С in clippable polyamide, cellulose, and collagen casings with a diameter of 40 to 80 mm. Features due to the central clamping device, the casing shift is reduced to zero; high output (up to 35 one-kilogram sausage sticks per minute, the time for the casing filling by the filler being 0.8 s.); casing reloading time reduced due to the two-spindle turret feeder with both manual and pneumatic rotation of the spindles; reconfiguration to various casing diameters without disconnecting the clipper from the filler; automation of all operations of the work cycle, including loop delivery for both sausage sticks and sausage chains; dosing of the weight of the stick being filled and filler control, or dosing by the dosing filler; compatible with a filler of any brand; regulation of stick filling density; pneumatic clamping drive and pneumatic clipping drive; possibility of using A or C type clips (on custom-built machines); easy maintenance, reliability and low operating costs.
