The modular feature, due to the possibility of connecting only the required cold glue/hot melt/adhesive units based on production needs, allows you to significantly reduce the machine size and its space on the production line.
This guarantees optimum accessibility during format changeover operations, maintenance, and/or cleaning. Flexa is has an innovative size: it is especially compact with a lowered work surface, suitable for all applications within the bottling line. Another important innovation is the new KOSME patent for hooking together the modules.
The previous concept of permanent positions for the modules has been revolutionized, allowing the various applications (label, back label, stamp, etc.) to be moved as needed. It allows the customer to change them in time, based on their needs.
