Based on the company's wealth of experience with the KSB 6R we have designed a new KSB 4R rotary blow moulder.
The aim was to develop a reliable, user-friendly machine with a high degree of flexibility and the best quotation rate. Hence the KSB 4R can produce bottles from 0.1 up to 3.0 l with the greatest variety of preforms to be found on the market, up to a neck ring size of 43mm.
This grants a production of top quality PET bottles with reduced energy and air consumption. The special energy-saving, patented modular oven is used to heat the preforms.
As an option, the machine can be operated with an air recycling system, thus saving on the overall air consumption for the KSB 4R's pneumatic system and the preblowing air for the bottles.
