Description
The labeller FLEXA ULTRACOL handles pre-cut wrap-around labels made of paper or plastic with hot melt. This rotary-type machine combines all characteristics, which are necessary for high-quality labelling. The containers are turned by specific mechanic cams precisely into the labelling position and continue turning during the labelling process. A glue strip previously applied onto the containers removes the labels out of the magazine. Simultaneously with the container rotation the glue strip is applied on the label end. The label is then closed with a slight overlapping.
The container infeed and discharge is available in different variants.
The combined equipment Cold Glue/Hot Glue/Adhesive is available on all this series of labellers.
