Description
These instrumentation feedthroughs have BNC coaxial connectors on the air-side and vacuum-side. The connector-plug impedance is (unmatched) 48-52 ohms (matched 50 ohm pair feedthroughs are available). The alumina insulated conductor is rated for 500V with a grounded shield and 2500V with a floating shield, at 3A. Air-side plugs are included with the feedthrough but vacuum-side plugs are not. With CF flanges, suitable high temperature vacuum-side plug/cable combination, and the air-side cable disconnected, these feedthroughs are bakeable to 450°C and are UHV-compatible. These feedthroughs are designed to be welded into a suitable through-hole in a flange.
