Housing and maintenance hatch: 4mm e-coated sheet steel, blue RAL 5015, hatch equipped with a Ronis 405 lock. Top cover: 3mm e-coated sheet steel, blue RAL 5015. Paint: Polyester powder coating cured at 250°C, housing RAL 5015, top cover RAL 5015. Boom from 3 to 5m in length: 180 x 90mm IPE steel section from 3 to 5m. Half-shell: 10mm steel for Ø 140mm reinforced glass fibre truncated tube. Counterbalance: Compression spring + guide, chain and sprocket (replacing the counterweight). Emergency operation: Manually operated by 11 turns of the handle with an anti-restart safety lock. Geared motor: Three-phase 0.55KW brake geared unit powered by a variable frequency motor, with acceleration ramp-up, braking and variable speed - single-phase 230V power supply and three-phase 230V output motor. Double-wheel worm gear speed reducer, greased for life.
