Housing and maintenance hatch: 3mm e-coated sheet steel, blue RAL 5015, hatch equipped with a Ronis 405 lock. Top cover: 2mm e-coated sheet steel, white RAL 9010. Paint: Polyester powder coating cured at 250°C, housing RAL 5015, top cover RAL 9010. Boom from 2 to 4m in length: Reinforced aluminium 175 x 75mm, lacquered white + reflective red and white bands. Rigid skirt: Rigid aluminium skirt in white RAL 9010 with 30 x 20mm frame and Ø 20mm bars. Folding skirt: Folding aluminium skirt 780mm in height with Ø 20mm red (RAL 3020) and white (RAL 9010) bars. Half-shell: Galvanised 8mm steel for 175 x 75mm aluminium boom. Counterbalance: Counterbalance compression spring + guide, chain and sprocket (replacing the counterweight). Emergency operation: Manually operated by 11 turns of the handle with an anti-restart safety lock. Geared motor: Three-phase 0.55KW brake geared unit powered by a variable frequency drive with a single-phase 230V power supply. Double-wheel worm gear speed reducer, greased for life with a 17mm shaft crank.
