The Drying Hoppers are heavily insulated and fitted with a built-in heating element to heat the drying air, and a separate temperature control with alarm for over temperature.
The new DH controller is as standard capable of handling Labotek Energy Saving System (LESS) allowing temperature lowering when material has been dried in order to prevent over drying, thus energy saving.
The Drying Hoppers have been designed to dry free-flowing plastic granular material and cannot dry powder materials.
Drying Hoppers 15-800 L. are supplied in stainless steel
inner hopper, exterior is supplied in paint finish RAL 9007.
Drying Hoppers 1200-10.000 L. are supplies in stainless
steel inner hopper, exterior is supplied in polished alumini-
um.
Fill level in DH is controlled via bottom flap signal from vacu-
um receiver. Additional level controls are available (optional).
