RD400 Single Axis Accelerometer

The RD400 ShockLog Single Axis Accelerometer adds an additional dimension to the monitoring capabilities of the ShockLog family of products.

This additional capability extends the RD298 ShockLog ability of monitoring and measuring the physical environment of your overall package, to provide the ability of monitoring, on a single axis basis, a specifically vulnerable area or section of your goods & equipment.

The RD400 Single Axis Accelerometer connects directly into the RD298 ShockLog via an RS232 cable. The RD400 feeds from the power supplied by the RD298 and stores all of its data within the RD298’s professional memory.

Sat along side the RD298 ShockLog the RD400 provides users with exceptional monitoring capabilities extending the standard built in tri-axis industrial accelerometers impact and vibration capabilities to the monitoring of highly sensitive areas of a package remotely on a single axis. In addition the RD400 can be used in conjunction with the RD299 HPT (Humidity, Pressure and Temperature) sensor, giving users a complete environmental profile of the journey or storage period
