The most common granulometries are: Gr 40 - Gr 60 - Gr 80 - Gr 120 The chemical composition of corundum is as follows: AL203 95,8% TiO2 3% Si02 0,7% CaO+MgO 0,2% Fe03 0,3% Na2O+K2O traces CORUNDUM CHEMICALLY BINDS THE SILICA SO THAT IT CANNOT BE RELEASED INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
