The SHOT PEENING AND SANDBLASTING MACHINES with rotary drum are used for whole treatment of small metallic items, plastic and thermosetting parts. The pieces to be treated are placed higgledypiggledy inside a drum in perforated plate covered with nylon, which has particular form and tilt. The rotation is assure by speed motovariator, adjustable 0,5 to 15 rev./min. the cycle includes: fletting and/or sandblasting/shotblasting and blow for dusting of the treated pieces. While the parts slowly tumble, one or two guns shoot the abrasive/microballs against pieces, which, at the end of the cycle, are uniformly treated. Usually one can obtain very good results by applications shorter than 6-7 min./cycle. The whole treatment cycle is completely automatic and is controlled by proper timers, programmable by means of suitable electrical device.
