The cross line beam is made from collimated or focused beam by deflection lens, diffraction lens or two cylinder lens. Low power modules (below 5 mW) make the fan angle of 5 or 50 degree, and other modules make the fan angle of 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 degree.
