Ready-for-use centrifugal systems. The patented Vetamat® system separates the metal chips from the coolant. Wet chips are fed into the infeed hopper of the conveyor and are automatically fed into the centrifuge from there. The delivery includes the centrifuge with hydraulic unit, chip conveyor with tank, oil tub and control cabinet. The Vetamat® system design includes also a chip crusher and a chip cart dumper. Long chips are first filled into the chip cart dumper via chip cart and then tilted into the chip crusher. The crushed chips fall into the hopper of the conveyor and are then transported into the centrifuge. Vetamat® systems achieve a throughput of 100 kg/h – 2,000 kg/h.
