Two next generation Intel 5600 series (Westmere) processors and the Intel 5520 chipset provide unbeatable throughput performance for network communications applications such as enterprise gateway security, firewall, UTM, WAN acceleration and VPN appliances, and an optional Cavium Nitrox CN1620 processor offloads high-level security commands for even higher performance.
