The SLM-417 is a new CDRH-compliant single-frequency DPSS laser with CW output at 532 nm. It is characterized by low optical noise (<0.2 % RMS or <0.9% peak-to-peak), narrow line width (<0.00001 nm), high coherence length, and stable output power in a wide operating temperature range. The special feature of the SLM-417 is manual output power adjustment. The laser has compact size and is available in powers 20 or 50 mW. Different beam parameters are available as option.
Main applications of the device include interference measurements, confocal laser microscopy, flow cytometry, holography, and laser-assisted measurements.
