Presentation
Due to its shape (equivalent to a split O-ring), the seal is easily deformed when compressed during closure to ensure a perfect tightness against occasional fluids (water, fuel vapor, dust).
This seal is made from two different materials so that it can be used equally well in diesel and gasoline versions.
Advantages
- The seal becomes leaktight by applying a small force.
- The flexibility of the seal makes it possible to accept larger dimensional variations.
- Very easy assembly of the seal.
