The BTK 480P concrete batching plant is characterised by its compactness, simple use and ease of installation and is particular suitable for the prefabrication. The mixing phase takes place in a planetary mixer (mod. 480) with hydraulic discharge mouth.
PLANETARY MIXER
* A special reduction unit with oil bath and incorporated crown wheel moves the mixing blades and the planetary gear with three rotating arms
* The mixing hopper is built of steel with bottom and walls made up of interchangeable bolted sheet steel sectors
* The mixing blades are made of cast iron
* The discharge outlet, hydraulically operated, is watertight
* The upper part of the mixer is provided with an opening with a sheet-metal guard that, besides stopping powder from escaping during mixing, allows easy maintenance. The guard is equipped with a safety system that shuts off the movement of the unit in case of emergency
