The compact size of the LT 1200 conveyor makes it ideal for use in work yards where particular problems of space and manoeuvrability apply.
The conveyor extends to a maximum length of 12.4 metres, including the swing-out support, and it has a delivery rate in the horizontal position of 45 m3/h. The range of operation with the swing-out support covers a circular area of 290°.
The rubber belt runs on metal guides lined with polythene sliding pads, which provide a better sliding surface, avoiding shifting or friction problems that could hinder the movement of the belt, and in particular the segregation of the concrete during transportation.
The maximum discharge height, depending on the consistency of the material to discharge (concrete or other), is about 7 metres.
