MACHINE SPECIFICATION

The PL-01 series is a fully automatic case packaging system designed to a variety of products into a Regular Slotted Case (RSC style).
the PL-01 case packer automatically takes a corrugate blank and feeds it into the machine. It is then erected and positioned for loading,

after which the flaps are closed and sealed for palletizing.

Designed for quiet low maintenance operation, the PL-01 features an air Venturi system that assures opposing cup opening of cases for higher production rates.

PL-01 designed for versatile corrugated case handling capability, no change parts are required in the case handling area of the system.

LEAD also offers a wide variety of loader, accumulation, and infeed sections to solve your toughest case packaging needs.
