PROCESS LIQUID IN-LINE DENSITY METERS DC-50 SERIES
LEMIS process DC-50 series of process in-line meters has been carefully engineered for continuous measurement of liquid density to fit large range of applications.
LEMIS process use streamlined resonant tube which is washed on either side by measured liquid. The oscillation period of the vibrating tube and its frequency characteristics depend on behaviour of the measured liquid allowing simultaneous and accurate direct measurement of density and concentration.
Large offer of factory pre-built installation packs allows quick and simple field installation with minimal pipeline disturbance or process downtime. The meter supplied with rigorous factory calibration for density. The DC-50 series proves high accuracy and long-term calibration stability insensitive to mounting position, plant vibration, process flow rate and pressure variations.
New age of LEMIS process combined meters measure various critical parameters: density, concentration, dynamic viscosity, kinematic viscosity, temperature. Two meters in one device saving cost of installation and maintenance!
