3D digitizing software

Lemoine Digitizing is capable of digitizing in continuous 3D on all CNC machines at feed rates up to 3200 mm/min. Accuracies of 20 µm can be acheive dynamically with up to 5 µm static positioning (positioning sample rate of 1 point every 2 ms)

Digitizing possibilities :
Zigzag mode, zigzag at an angle, box cycle, contourning, pencil, coordinates.
Several digitizing jobs may be programmed simultaneously with different paths, different parameters and different origins.
Optimization Digitized Points :
- Slice increments may be automatically determined and ajusted on the fly according to desired cusp height.
- Automatic calculation of chordal error in digitizing plane.
- Digitizing feedrate is automatically determined by the complexity of the model and varies continuously in order to achieve the maximum throughput without sacrificing detail.
Digitizing limits may be defined by points, by curves, by limit planes (with the capability of digitizing into a hole on the Z minus limit) or by graphic polygon.
