LEMOINE HSM has been designed to overcome the contouring feedrate and accuracy limitations placed on both old and new machines whose CNC or Duplicating control is not capable of high-speed milling complex 3-D parts such as molds, dies, electrodes etc. The combination of a HSM unit and a reliable mechanical spindle speed multiplier or auxiliary high speed spindle allows you to achieve a much higher order of productivity from your existing machinery without a prohibitive investment. In almost all cases the HSM unit provides a smoother and gentler motion control for a machine than its own native CNC. Feedrates are progressively slowed as corners are negotiated and gently accelerated in areas that will allow faster passing without error.
