Description

Leroy Automation offers programmable computers in accordance with the EN50155 / IEC 60571 standard to perform the control functions of a TCMS. They are based on the generic platform “RIOM”. The RIOM can be operated as: -a central computer (VCU ) -a communication gateway between fieldbuses and the Ethernet network -a local automation system to control subsystems (HVAC, doors, braking, power-packs, fire safety, …) The RIOM is designed to be able to be integrated into SIL2 architectures. MAIN FEATURES The range includes many models according to : -The power supply : 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 110Vdc -The equipment of the central unit -The number and type of communication ports -The programming mode : PLC programming or C-programming -The number of digital inputs/outputs -The number of analog inputs/outputs CENTRAL UNIT -Processor : PXA -RAM : 64 Mo; Flash ROM : 32 Mo -ROM NAND : 1 Go -Real time clock MOUNTING -Dimensions : -with one I/O board : W x H x D = 252 x 217 x 74 mm -with two I/O board : W x H x D = 252 x 217 x 100 mm -Inputs/outputs and power supply wiring : -DIN41612 Connectors F48 male class 1 -Ethernet wiring : M12 female D code female -Serial link wiring : Subd 9 points POWER SUPPLY -24cVdc model : plage 14.4V-30V -48Vdc model : plage 25.2V-60V -110Vdc model : plage 50V-137V -Accepts voltage variations according EN50155 chapter 5.1.1 -Protection against inversion of polarity, overvoltage, overcurrent. -Power consumption <50W (depends on the configuration)
