Permanent magnet synchronous gearless motor for elevators

The new Z range of synchronous permanent magnet motors has been designed for lifts obtaining a speed between 0.6 and 5 m/s the load capacity of which ranges between 450 and 2000 kg. Their extremely compact design and silent operation make it possible to install these high efficiency motors in machine rooms as well as directly in the lift shat.
LEROY-SOMER can also customize an existing machine or design a new machine to fulfil specific requirements.
