Wire forms can be tension braces for headsets or braces that hold computer components together. They can also be some kind of pin.
Wire forms are either made automatically in highly advanced machinery, or manually for small quantities. There are almost no limits for the design of our pins.
The machinery gives us the mechanical and electronic facilities, which is the first requirement. Only by combining this with wide experience of wire processing and knowledge of how various grades of spring wire behave in different situations can we achieve optimum utilisation.
