LeTourneau Technologies Mining
The latest and most efficient loader yet from LeTourneau is the 38 ton (34.5 tonne) capacity L-1150. This loader completes LeTourneau's loader/mining truck match-up spectrum and is targeted to load 150 through 200 ton (136 - 181 tonne) trucks. The L-1150 is a milestone for hybrid technology in large mining machines. The L-1150 is the launch platform for the next advancement in full Switched Reluctance (SR) Loaders. This technology capitalizes fuel efficiency through regenerative energy use and storage. It also features a simplified control system with maintenance friendly componentry.
