Our AFS2000 Auger filler is easy to install and operate. Integrating weight inspection and manually-operated feedback control, AFS2000 provides a simple filling solution for ground coffee, spices, laundry powder, and other products. The AFS2000 can be combined with the GL250 bag form fill and seal machine to offer a complete filling and packaging system.

AFS2000 includes a weighing plate to test the bags periodically, and the number of revolutions of the auger screw is automatically corrected to obtain the best weight.

The AFS2000P includes:
* 50 liter hopper
* Level control to control the feeder device
* Servo motor which operates the screw
* Screw with self-feeding device
* Agitator to ensure continuous material flow
* Plate to put the container on while filling
* Cut-off unit
* Weighing plate for periodic bag-testing, which automatically sends feedback to the auger to obtain the best weight
