Now, the Enhanced Classic Line (ECL) portable mixers offer an even stronger and more flexible product. Never has there been a range of portable mixers that offer such high quality and value. The ECL product range is designed to meet OSHA, CE, and ATEX standards. Available Configurations: The ECL portable mixers are available in the following types • Portable • Fixed Mount • Open Tank Maintenance-Free Operation: They provide maintenance-free operation with the following features: • All shaft bearings are sealed for life. • Gears are synthetic grease lubricated for continuous lifetime service. For a wide range of mixing applications, there are both direct-drive and gear-drive mixers available. Direct-drive mixers are recommended for dispersing powders and small-batch mixing, while gear-drive mixers offer two lower speeds and higher torque for larger batches and varying viscosities. The mixers also feature larger output shaft bearings for longer shafts and extended lifespan. A positive chuck grips the mixer shaft to prevent unintentional shaft release. Motor options include: • Electric Motors: A variety of enclosures, single or three-phase options, multiple voltages, and severe-duty choices are available.
