Description
The LIKUSTA biofilter systems are waste gas treatment and odor control systems. They have been designed as single or multi-stage units depending on the requirements, such as applications which require a bio- or chemical scrubber, or a preset humidifier.
The most recent scientific knowledge is obtainable throughout process engineering due to the close links with research centers and universities. The uses for environmentally friendly systems for biological gas treatment has gradually increased.
In these systems, the polluted gas goes through a porous carrier. The micro-organisms which have settled on the organic carrier convert the air pollutants into water and CO2.
