The ET-1000 is a simple hand held Salt (Salinity) meter. This meter measures the salt content of water for quality control and monitoring purposes. The ET-1000 measures salinity in % (1 ppt = 1 gram per liter) with a range of 0~10% with an accuracy of ±0.5%. Measurements are automatically compensated for temperature changes of 0~50°C. The Hold button will freeze the display to give the user enough time to record the reading. The meter has a large LCD display with a display resolution of 0.01%. It is battery powered with a detachable probe for portability.

The ET-1000 is used in aquaculture, water and wastewater treatments, acquarium, fishery, swimming pool and spas, hydroponics, etc.
