Industry standard single, dual and combination transceivers of up to five drivers and receivers for RS232 and RS562 are available for power supplies from 1.8V to 5.5V. These devices feature high HBM ESD ruggedness and can support data rates up to 1Mbps. DTE or DCE configurations are also available in 3.3V or 5V versions.
