The LKT 100 / 200 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges are small, light weight, pocket sized, and precise instruments. They are simple to set up for many different materials and easily calibrated on the test piece that is secured to the front of the unit. A simple button arrangement allows the user to adjust the sound velocity to suit the material being measured, as well as all steels and alloys the units can also be used on plastics. Both units are capable of measuring down to 0.7mm using the correct probe. The LKT100 is the Basic standard unit while the LKT200 also includes data storage and printable data by RS232 serial port.
Ideal for measuring the wall thickness of pipes, pressure vessels and ships plating to determine-surface erosion. Measures: metals, aluminium, titanium, plastics, ceramics, glass etc.
