Furnace for high temperature brazing of semi-conductor parts under forming gas or hydrogen atmosphere. Completely muffled system with two independently operatable channels. Insulated with fiber-block modules. Automated handling system for fully automated operation. Heated channel length 2 x 3,4 m, belt width 2 x 0,12 m, 2 x 4 heated and controlled zones, 2 x 18 kW. The furnace can be designed according customser's requirements.
