Furnace to bake screen print coatings on glass boards for LCD- Displays under ultra-clean atmosphere. The furnace is equipped with a semi-muffle system made of quartz-glass, ultrasonic cleaning equipment for the conveyor, and sequenced step drive of the conveyor to run defined temperature process curves. Heated channel lenght 7 m, channel height 0,35 m, belt width 0,4 m, 5 heating- and control zones, 110 kW. The furnace can be designed according customser's requirements.
