Description

This laboratory rotary tube furnace is developed by Linn High Therm. It can be used in the production and continuous processes in industry, laboratory, research and ceramic/powdermet. industry. This furnace is constructed according to users specifications. It can provide heat treatments in metallic/ceramic powders, raw materials, wastes, and special wastes with/without doseable material charge or protective gas in furnace chamber. It operates with a temperature of at most 1100 °C with metal tube, at most 1100 °C with quartz tube, at most 1700 °C with ceramic tube and at most 1900 °C with sapphire tube. The rotating speeds have variations and can be tilted. For applications, it can be used in simulation of special waste burning processes up to 1200 °C or 1600 °C.
