CUTTING UNIT FOR LAMINATED GLASS WITH HIGH THROUGHPUT The LiSEC laminated glass cutting unit for split sizes and jumbo glass sheets is ideal for high throughput and low space requirements. Fully automatic cutting of X, Y and Z sections takes place using the tried and tested thermo-mechanic LiSEC cutting process with cutting blades for the PVB foil and automatic sucker bars located underneath the glass. There are three methods of processing the glass glass sheet (sub sheets): single, tandem or triple operation. Short transport routes and across-the-board process sequences for individual machines ensure uniquely fast cycle times.
