EVEREST is the first removable building created especially for logistics. It has all the characteristics a traditional platform would have (10m wall plate height, 40m clear span) but has the advantage of being modular.
Everest is a logistical platform designed for a permanent installation. This modular building is nevertheless available for rental for a minimum period of 24 months. It therefore offers all the advantages of a traditional metal frame construction with, in addition, the flexibility and rapidity of a temporary modular structure with an excellent cost/volume ratio
Maker of 'big tops' and modular constructions for many years, Locabri has used its know-how and that of its partner SMC2, which specializes in metallic and textile architecture (using know-how in both metal-frame constructions and textile coverings) to put together this unique industrialized construction. This type of building has the same life-span as a classical steel boarded roofing. It also allows for a novel and harmonious architecture adapted to industrial sites and logistics, so making the most of the company's image.
This modular construction offers an new way of dealing with logistic buildings : quickly changeable and flexible.
