For the hiring of industrial building with use of workshop or building of long duration storage (minimum 24 months), Modubat combines all the advantages of a traditional metal frame construction (resistance, volume, comfort, esthetics.) with the assets of the modular buildings (times of implementation, flexibility, cost, proximity?).
It is the only at the same time dismountable, transferable and flexible building industrial meeting completely the standards of resistance and deformation (standard standards NV65 on the French market).
Design features:

height 5 to 7 m and flexible per span of 5 m
conform to standards CTS, EN/NF 13782, NV65
available to the hiring (as from 24 months) or to the sale
