To have an industrial building used as a storing warehouse on a long period (18months minimum), the Modubat offers all the advantages of a traditional metal frame constructions ( resistance, volume, comfort, good-looking...) and the advantages of the modular buildings (cost, quick to set up, proximity...).
It is the only industrial building which is removable, and modular at the same time, and which is totally in accordance to the resistance and distortion norms (NV65 norms on French market)
