Standard Configuration
The horn shaped tools and jacket in the longtitudinally divided glueing machine with hinged upper part, are constructed for water cooling.
Glue is added through fixed inlet tubes in the lower half of the drum. Glue enters the high speed chip ring from below. Visual control of the glue inlet flow and rapid exchange of the inlet tubes is possible in the system of glue introduction.
The glue formula can be changed e.g. from urea to phenol resin and also special glues or additives can be introduced without problem. Glue does not drip when the machine is switched off. The horn shaped tools do not break the chip material.
