The decisive innovation of the EASY CLEAN is the reduced mixer length combined with the enlarged diameter, meaning the total volume remains the same. Furthermore, the discharge door was maximized and now opens over nearly the entire length of the drum. Dead spaces are practically nonexistent in this design. The mixer is also equipped with a large inspection door. In addition the smaller models use a single side shaft bearing.

Benefits

The maximized discharge door ensures an extremely quick discharge whilst still enabling control of the material flow. The residual material is less than 1 ‰. Due to the short design of the machine the mixing time is reduced notably as practically no axial transport is required. By adding 2 kg colour pigments in 1000 kg limestone flour, the mixing quality was achieved within 30 sec. whereby its standard deviation was below the measuring tolerance of the analysis method (CIELAB Colour Classification System). A smaller and therefore more economical mixer can be used for the same application. The large inspection door provides complete access to the inside of the drum - cleaning of the mixer is easy. (With single side bearing even easier.) The addition of liquids into the mix can also be carried out.
