DRUVATHERM® Reactor DVT

The DRUVATHERM® reactor consists of a horizontal, cylindrical drum and an also horizontal shaft with specific mixing elements. The machine is used for mixing and thermal treatment of reactive products in batch operation. The excellent mixing allows to reduce solvent amounts and still get the sufficient contact of the reactive elements and therefore high reaction yields. The reduction of the solvent reduces raw material cost as well as downstream cost for separating the product and treatment of the remaining solvent. The reactor can be operated at a maximum of 30 bar internal pressure.
