Description

The machine is used to measure and coil cables and other flexible materials. Use For flexible cables and cords from 1 to 16 mm Ø. Maximum capacity of unwinding and winding are 30 and 15 kg respectively. Base frame Steel base frame of 1,060x250 which comprises a cable measurer device M20, and an unwinding device A20 and the winding device R20. CABLE MEASURER M20 Steel housing, light metal measuring wheel circumference of 1,000 mm, with ball bearings. Passage guide with conic inlet for tangential passage of material to be measured. Pressure roller with double spring traction, made of steel covered with hard rubber ( on type M20/S with special steel ) and bearings with protective cover, actuated by a lever through a rack and pinion mechanism. Counting mechanism with continuous indication of the meter and centimeters in 7 mm. white numerals, on black background. Measuring capacity for 9,999.99 meters, subdivided into cm by means of white figures. Lever for resetting to zero. UNWINDING DEVICE A20 Support plate 500 mm Ø. Cone 60:200 mm Ø, 350 mm high, with removeable locking plate. Base plate with 4 fixing holes with support base. WINDING DEVICE R20 Bearing block with wooden cone of 60:200 mm Ø and 350 mm high, with four grooves for binding the cable coil. Front locking cross can be easily removed. Maximum capacity 15 kg.
