The use of UV light makes minute surface details appear in much greater clarity in applications such as IC/PCB inspection, DNA research, medical skin analysis and thin film evaluation.
LORD CLS Series offers 12-bit CCD UV cameras, which incorporate a low-light, high-sensitivity imager with fused silica windows for use in the UV region down to 200nm. These stand out with a fill factor of 100% and high quantum efficiency at lower wavelengths.
The CLS-UV cameras feature resolutions of 1024 and 2048 pixels with a throughput of 40 MHz. Offset and gain are fully programmable and selectable, built-in advanced signal filtering options provides the perfect fit to your most challenging application requirements.
All LORD cameras comes with the new LORDsetting user-friendly Windows setup tool that makes integration real easy.
Our UV cameras feature C lens mount. Standard Camera Link interface makes integration easy into existing systems and increases flexibility when it comes to connecting to various grabbers or changing cameras. Other interfaces are available on request.
