The CIL2048 smart camera is quickly and easily set up through straightforward commands to perform all common operations of linear vision for you. What comes out from the CIL is not any sort of video signal but the required measurement or decision information, directly.
Four areas of interest (AOI) with 15 separate segments each can be scanned and processed along the 2048-pixel line. The result or decision criterion calculated through logic, arithmetic or test operations then is directly fed back to the automation system.
